HELPFUL HINTS FOR TRASH SERVICE

  • Your garbage service with continue with the 95-gallon container once a week on Monday.

  • Garbage is to be set out at the curb by 7:00 am on the designated collection day. 

  • Household garbage should be placed inside the 95-gallon container.

  • Yard trimmings, such as grass and leaves may also be placed in the 95-gallon container.

Do Not Put The Following In The Container - It Will Not Be Picked Up 

  • Dead animals

  • Construction or other materials such as boards, sheetrock, roofing materials and broken concrete.

  • Remodeling or demolition debris, such as tile, bricks or cement.

  • Flammable or hazardous materials such as oil, gasoline, paint or asbestos.

  • Liquid waste

  • Loose human or pet waste

  • Dirt or rocks 

Bulky Items - Weekly Pickup

  • Bulk items are defined as stoves, refrigerators without freon, air conditioning units which are de-energized of chlorofluorocarbons, water tanks, washing machines, mattresses, box springs, carpet and furniture.

  • Materials not accepted at the landfill such as tires, televisions, computer equipment, batteries, game systems, medical waste, fax machines, fluorescent bulbs, copiers will not be picked up. We will provide a complete list to you upon request.

Brush - Monthly Pickup

  • Brush must be placed curbside for collection. Cut and bundled brush will be picked up along with the garbage. Larger piles of brush will be collected on a separate collection by our brush truck. Your service includes up to 15 cubic yards of unbundled brush per month. Please place the brush as close to the road as practical.

  • Construction materials such as sheetrock, concrete, roof shingles, etc. will require special arrangements for pickup.

  • We pick up the brush in a different area each week of the month. 

Garbage will not be collected on the following National Holidays: 

  • Thanksgiving Day 

  • Christmas Day 

  • New Year's Day

Garbage will be collected on the very next business day following a holiday.

  • Household garbage should be placed inside the 95-gallon container.

  • Household garbage should be placed inside the 95-gallon container.

  • Yard trimmings, such as grass and Ieaves may also be placed in the 95-gallon container 

PLEASE PLACE THE CART CLOSE TO THE ROAD WITH THE HANDLE OF THE CART FACING THE HOUSE.

Do Not Put The Following In The Container - It Will Not Be Picked up 

  • Dead animals

  • Construction or other materials such as boards, sheetrock, roofing materials and broken concrete.

  • Remodeling or demolition debris, such as tile, bricks or cement.

  • Hot ashes, flammable or hazardous materials, such as oil, gasoline, paint or asbestos.

  • Liquid waste

  • Loose human or pet waste

  • Dirt or rocks

Garbage will be collected on the very next calendar day following a holiday.
